Depending on your background, interests, and experience, you might contribute to areas such as:
Working with clients to understand real business problems and identify where automation can create impact
Analyzing and documenting processes across finance, operations, IT, or shared services
Designing, building, or improving automation solutions together with product, engineering, and delivery teams
Supporting customers during implementation, rollout, and scaling of automation
Improving internal processes, tooling, documentation, or platform capabilities
Helping shape how automation is governed, monitored, and measured in enterprise environments

Strong interest in automation, digital transformation, or enterprise software
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Comfort working in dynamic environments where things evolve
Proficiency in English (professional working level)
Motivation to continuously learn and grow
Backgrounds we often see success from include (but are not limited to):
Business analysis, consulting, operations, or customer success
Software development, QA, data, or IT operations
Engineering, economics, information systems, or related fields
Nice to have, but not required:
Experience with RPA, automation platforms, or workflow tools
Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance or HR systems)
Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN or similar)
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise environments
Experience working with international clients or teams
