We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will bridge business and automation — identifying opportunities, shaping use cases, and preparing them for delivery through RPA and AI.
This role is not just about analysis — you own the use case from idea to implementation.
Identify and analyze processes suitable for automation
Run discovery workshops with clients and internal teams
Document AS-IS / TO-BE processes and define requirements
Translate business needs into clear tasks for RPA developers
Estimate ROI and business impact
Support delivery, testing (UAT), and stakeholder alignment
Experience in business analysis or process analysis
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, ops, telco, etc.)
Ability to structure problems and simplify complex workflows
Experience working with stakeholders and running workshops
Strong communication skills (business ↔ tech)
Ownership mindset and proactive approach
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
BPMN or similar process modeling experience
Exposure to automation/AI tools
You define what gets automated and how — ensuring automation delivers real business value.
